Goodbye, Material World. Hello, Krishna.

Anyone who seriously takes to this process of Krishna consciousness, even if it is a struggle for them to do so, is guaranteed to return back to home, back to Godhead. They will surely escape very soon from the hellish nightmare of material existence and return to the land of eternity knowledge and bliss. So why not take advantage of the most sublime offer? Question: How to Read Prabhupada's Books?

Please guide me how to read Srila Prabhupada books analytically and logically, by applying them, questioning, making notes, praying before reading or in any other way.

It may be easy for everyone, but for me it is not. For me gain is zero, realization is zero. There is no transformation even though I have read most of the books many times, and results will be same even I keep on reading rest of my lifetime.

Please help me.

Answer: Read Them Systemically.

After you read chapter write a chapter summary essay. Plus list of any verses in that chapter that you would like to memorize in a master list of the all the verses you would like to memorize. Then also spend 1/2 hour every day memorizing verses from your memorization list.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here. But at least may it suffice for me to say for now that Gayatri taught me what it means to be a soft-hearted devotee of the Lord and she gave me my first cooking lesson, teaching me how to make cauliflower pakoras, and Amarendra taught me the art of how to preach strongly, intelligently, and coolly to defeat opposing arguments.
