Take Over the World As Soon As Possible

Our number one priority right now is to take over the world as soon as possible. I am not speaking of a military or political takeover. I am speaking of an educational takeover. The entire world society is now in illusion because they have accepted a materialistic explanation of reality. Even though matter cannot move until it is touched by spirit, they insist that there is no spiritual foundation for our existence. Nothing could be more foolish or further away from the truth. Therefore to bring sanity and true happiness back to the human society we must now educate everyone as soon as possible regarding the spiritual foundation of reality.

I especially appreciated your message today: "Help Us Save the World".

How can we save the world when we struggle to save ourselves? Is it better to preach in a fallen conditioned state or work on our own bhakti first?

Answer: Do Both

We have been ordered by Srila Prabhupada to save ourselves and to save the world. So these two activities should be going on side by side. The more you save yourself, the more you will be empowered to save the world. And the more you absorb yourself in saving the world, the more you will be saved. For example, whatever you have learned about Krishna, you must share that with the entire world. When Krishna sees your enthusiasm for spreading His glories He will give you more and more realizations about Him. In other words, you will become even more awakened in Krishna consciousness.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here. But at least may it suffice for me to say for now that Gayatri taught me what it means to be a soft-hearted devotee of the Lord and she gave me my first cooking lesson, teaching me how to make cauliflower pakoras, and Amarendra taught me the art of how to preach strongly, intelligently, and coolly to defeat opposing arguments.
