What to Do About the Nightmarish World Situation?
What to do about the present world situation, a global society which is rapidly deteriorating, gravitating at an alarming pace towards total anarchy? If there were no solution, we could only try to ignore this impending disaster by burying ourselves in sense gratification, or if we were more thoughtful, we could helplessly, just try to tolerate this hopeless, intolerably nightmarish catastrophe.
However, the good news is that there is a solution. We don't have to languish in a pitiable condition. We can proactively campaign to implement the simple solution, which is to put God back into the center of the human society. The difficulty is that the material scientists are now making propaganda that there is no God, there is no soul, and that we are only a combination chemicals. This materialistic world view must now be staunchly defeated. Otherwise the human civilization is finished. This is why the science of God must now be propagated very aggressively all over the world to counteract and the defeat the propaganda of the material scientists.
As a struggling neophyte I am badly suffering with gross sense gratificatory desires. My mind is so obstinate. If I am not able to pull back my mind from thinking or feeling, then I become upset that Your Divine Grace,, Gurumataji, all devotees, Lord Krishna are bestowing mercy like anything but what am I doing to be grateful. Every time I fall prey to my own thoughts and desires. Although every time by Your Divine Mercy and the Mahamantra I get back to normal state of mind, but it's very disturbing and agitating.
Gurudeva, how do I be strong enough all the time to pull back my mind from thinking anything dirty, right in its bud state?

If this happens to you, you have to go very deep into our philosophy to see things as they actually are. We have nothing to do with these bodies except to engage them in Krishna’s service. We do not at all require sexual intercourse to be happy. This strong urge is there in our bodies simply to induce us to procreate, because without this strong pleasure for the temporary act of sexual intercourse no one would ever take the trouble to have children. In other words, this is nature’s way of keeping the human species going.
As devotees it is not our duty to procreate. It is our duty to get out of this material world as soon as possible and take as many as possible of these suffering souls with us. This is the real ecstasy that goes on becoming ever more blissful throughout one’s life, not the illusory temporary ecstasy of so-called sex enjoyment, which is immediately followed by a feeling of dissatisfaction.
So the next time you get lusty, give yourself a good kick for being so stupid. Instead of hankering to mother a child in your womb, hanker instead that by preaching you can mother in the womb of Lord Caitanya’s movement the millions and billions of suffering souls on this planet who are caught up in the vicious cycle of birth and death. In this way Mr. Lust will lose interest in you and go somewhere to look for a victim.
However, after you are married if you would like to have some children to raise them as devotees and deliver them from this material world, that is a spiritual desire. At that time, if you desire, after taking permission from me, your spiritual master, you may try for a child. But for now before you are married you have to keep you mind calm by following my guidelines. And even after marriage after you have had enough children, you must follow these principles in order to awaken pure love of God within your heart. So take these instructions very seriously.

Dear Srila Gurudeva, kindly help me understand that how we can have material gross desires, at the same time voluntarily willing to escape that desire?As a struggling neophyte I am badly suffering with gross sense gratificatory desires. Sometimes neophyte devotees foolishly allow their minds to go so deep into contemplating sex that they start to feel the symptoms of sexual stimulation in their bodies.
