Once you wrote that whatever is happening in our life is arranged by the Lord. Everything happens in such a way that finally we will engage eternally in Lord's pastimes. You also mentioned that Krishna is doing all of this only out of pure love for us. But then I find in Bhagavad-gita 16.19 that the Lord eternally puts demons in the ocean of material existence. How then Lord is all-merciful to the demons?
V.S.
Krishna is also merciful to the demons. Because they desire to try enjoy a demoniac life he fulfills their desire by allowing them to do so. In this way they get what they want and at the same they gradually realize how miserable their situation is and they come back by their own desire to the devotional service of the Lord.
