Turn Your Life into an Eternal Festival
When I was giving a lecture several days ago at the Summer Baltic Festival in Lithuania someone asked me how to keep the same joyful spirit alive in our hearts after the festival is over and we return our respective places of residence. I explained to them that you simply have to keep the festival going non-stop 365 days a year by always maintaining an atmosphere of loving exchange with the devotees of Krishna. If we always reciprocate in all of our dealings with the Lord's devotees in loving ways, we all always be relishing the mellows 24 hours day of a sweet Hare Krishna festival of bliss.

Somewhere I have read that one should only chant one mantra. But all the names of Vishnu attract me. Although I do chant the Hare Krishna mantra, also I chant the following:
"Sri Rama Rameti" (from Sahasra naam. This is the ecstatic one which i recite more.
"Hari Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya" Bhajan
"Hari Sundar Nanda Mukund Hari Narayan Hari Om" Bhajan
"Shreman Narayan Narayan Hari hari" Bhajan
Still many are there to list! Please enlighten me about this. I feel that what I've read about only chanting one mantra is wrong because I love all the names of Vishnu.

In the drug store there are many types of bona fide medicines. But it is not that we take any and all types of medicine. That would not be beneficial for us. We take just that medicine which is prescribed for us by our doctor. In this age of Kali the Vedic wisdom prescribes one particular mantra as the most suitable and powerful for self-realization in this age. That mantra is the Hare Krishna mantra:
Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna, Hare Hare
Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare
Due to the heavy materialistic atmosphere in this age we require the most powerful mantra to protect us from the degrading influences of this age. Therefore the great acharyas have advised us to stick to this one mantra and chant it constantly as much as possible 24 hours a day.

Answer: Patient Follows the Doctor's Prescription
It is a fact that all of the names of Vishnu are lovable and powerful for delivering us from this material existence. It is also a fact that what you have regarding only chanting one mantra is correct. While this may appear to be contradictory, actually it is not.In the drug store there are many types of bona fide medicines.
