Don't Compromise with Maya

If you hold back from completely surrendering to Krishna and instead hold on to maya or illusion by continuing to indulge in material sense gratification, you will reap your due reward. Krishna will give you another birth in this material world so that you can continue to trying to enjoy His material energy, which is nothing but a source of misery. Therefore the intelligent thing to do is to give up material sense gratification by fully surrendering to the orders received from the spiritual master who comes in disciplic succession from Sri Krishna Himself. In this way you will become fully qualified to associate with Lord Sri Krishna at every minute and to enter the spiritual world at the time death when you leave your body behind.

Answer: Everything is His Expanded Energy

Everything rests on Krishna because He is the absolute substantive principle. Just as a string holds together a necklace of pearls, it is Sri Krishna who holds all of existence together. He is the very substance or foundation of all existence because everything that exists is nothing other than His expanded energy. Everything we see, hear, and experience is Krishna’s expanded energy. And when we become His pure devotees we will be able to directly associate with that person, Sri Krishna Himself, who is the very source of all existence, at every minute. If we subtract Krishna from existence, there will be nothing left because everything that exists (besides He Himself) is nothing but His expanded energy only.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here.
