Is there a Hospital that Can Cure Death?
21 July 2025
There are approximately 165,000 hospitals all over the world, but not one of them can treat and prevent the most serious health issue of all: death.
But ISKCON (The International Society for Krishna Consciousness) is the topmost of all hospitals because this hospital cures the death disease. The doctor is the spiritual master. He is empowered agent of Lord Krishna. Thus he can cure the death disease by bestowing deathlessness upon all those who are willing to take bhakti yoga treatment.

After reading Thought for the Day for 20 July, in which you posted:
Srila Prabhupada has explained that even sometimes there can be such envy amongst devotees. He explained this as follows in a room conversation on November 3, 1973, in New Delhi, India:
“Even in the spiritual field, my Godbrothers are envious. You see? So as soon as you become successful, there will be many enemies. That is natural. That is the sign of success. In your business, if there are many enemies, competitors, that means you are successful.”
I am wondering: how can the Godbrothers of Srila Prabhupada be envious of him? Isn’t it an insult to their spiritual master, Srila Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Gosvāmī Mahārāja?

From: Austin, Texas USAMy Dear Dhyey,
Please accept my blessings.
All glories to Śrīla Prabhupāda.
Prabhupāda has written as follows regarding the first offense against the holy names of the Lord:
"The first offense is to blaspheme great personalities who are engaged in distributing the holy name of the Lord. It is said in the śāstra (Cc. Antya 7.11), kṛṣṇa-śakti vinā nahe tāra pravartana: one cannot distribute the holy names of the Hare Kṛṣṇa mahā-mantra unless he is empowered by the Supreme Personality of Godhead. Therefore one should not criticize or blaspheme a devotee who is thus engaged."
Our material minds are naturally envious. Therefore, those who do not bring their minds under control will certainly be envious. Since Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī also teaches to avoid the ten offenses, for them to criticize Śrīla Prabhupāda is disobeying the orders of their spiritual master and is certainly very offensive.
I hope this meets you in the best of health and in a cheerful mood.

How I Came to Krishna Consciousness
In a world obsessed with money, fame, and fleeting pleasures—leading nowhere but to the grave or the crematorium—I walked away. Life felt so meaningless, I couldn’t stand it. This is the true story of how I turned my back on the American materialistic dream and discovered something far greater: Krishna consciousness. A gripping journey of inner revolution and a call to awaken a world civilization on the edge of collapse.Read My Memoir You'll Love It!
