There is an Ocean of Unlimited Bliss Within You

There is an ocean of unlimited bliss within you. All you have to do is learn how to dive in. This art is learned from the bona fide spiritual master, not from mental speculation. This is why the most fortunate persons within the entire universe are those persons who have mastered the science of bhakti (devotional service) by taking shelter of a bona fide spiritual master. Such persons are infinitely more fortunate than the most wealthy, famous, and powerful personalities in the history of our universe.

In this connection Lord Caitanya has blessed us with the following verse:

ceto-darpaṇa-mārjanaṁ bhava-mahā-dāvāgni-nirvāpaṇaṁ
śreyaḥ-kairava-candrikā-vitaraṇaṁ vidyā-vadhū-jīvanam
ānandāmbudhi-vardhanaṁ prati-padaṁ pūrṇāmṛtāsvādanaṁ
sarvātma-snapanaṁ paraṁ vijayate śrī-kṛṣṇa-saṅkīrtanam

"Glory to the Śrī Kṛṣṇa saṅkīrtana, which cleanses the heart of all the dust accumulated for years and extinguishes the fire of conditional life, of repeated birth and death. This saṅkīrtana movement is the prime benediction for humanity at large because it spreads the rays of the benediction moon. It is the life of all transcendental knowledge. It increases the ocean of transcendental bliss, and it enables us to fully taste the nectar for which we are always anxious."

We fell into this material world due to our foolish envy of Krishna's position of being the Supreme Being, the Supreme Enjoyer, the center of all enjoyment. Due our foolish attempts to try to ourselves be the center of enjoyment instead we are engaged in so many activities that are entangling us in more and more karmic reactions.

The easy way out of this entanglement is to return to our original position as servants of Krishna. By engaging all of our thoughts, words, and deeds in the service of His enjoyment by His mystical potency we will enjoy equally with Him. We will become the most ecstatic persons in the entire universe, even more so than the beings of the heavenly planets within this universe.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here.
