Prabhupada Taught Me the Real Formula for World Peace

On this most auspicious of all days, the divine appearance day of my most beloved spiritual master, HIs Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, I humbly bow down in the dust of His lotus feet and thank him for giving me the real formula for world peace. As a singer/songwriter/peace activist in the 60's I was desiring to promote world peace through my music. But since I had no idea what was the actual formula for peace, there was truly nothing I could do to be effective in bringing peace to the world. However due to the unlimited kindness of Lord Sri Krishna I was blessed with the divine guidance and shelter of one of the greatest spiritual masters in the history of the universe, His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swam Prabhupada. Srila Prabhupada gives the real formula for peace as follows:

"If one wants peace of mind and tranquility in society, he must accept the fact that the real enjoyer is the Supreme Personality of Godhead. The Lord is the proprietor of everything all over the universe, and He is the supreme friend of all living entities as well. By understanding this, people can become happy and peaceful individually and collectively."--from Srila Prabhupada's purport to SB 4.24.66

If this peace formula becomes widely known and followed, there will be a new wonderful era of peace and prosperity on this planet. If a devotee becomes 100% Krishna conscious, does he also become 100% karma free? Or does some portion of karma remain?

Answer: Surrender Obliterates All of Your Karma

To whatever extent a devotee becomes Krishna conscious, to that extent he is from karma. Therefore a devotee who is 100% Krishna conscious is also 100% free from his karma, the resultant reactions from his previous pious and sinful activities.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here. He is the oldest of all while simultaneously maintaining the form of a 16 year old youth.
