He is greatly pained to see the countless living beings captured within the clutches of birth, death, old age, and disease. Therefore he fully dedicates his life for delivering them from their suffering condition. For this purpose he pushes forward the Krishna consciousness movement to the full extent of his capabilities all over the world.

Question: How to Prove the Truth of Our Teachings?

Please accept my humble obeisances.

Yesterday I was distributing books, and I met a scientist. I started to argue with him. So he spread some doubts in my mind, and this showed for me that I don't have any faith in the words of the acharyas (great saintly teachers) and sastras (scriptures). Here are some of doubts:

1) Why do we believe that our way is real? What does it give us?
2) Why do we believe that those personalities, who wrote our scriptures were saints?
3) How we can prove that all our scriptures were written not by some ordinary human beings but by God Himself or by his representative?
4) Why is the bhakti path not some speculation or sentimental way ? And how we can prove it to a scientist ?

Please clarify these doubts.

We know that our teachings are real because they work. Anyone who sincerely follows this pathway of Krishna bhakti will become fully awakened in pure love of God. They will be able to directly perceive God at every minute and will enter into His transcendental kingdom to regain their original position as one of His eternal associates.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here. But at least may it suffice for me to say for now that Gayatri taught me what it means to be a soft-hearted devotee of the Lord and she gave me my first cooking lesson, teaching me how to make cauliflower pakoras, and Amarendra taught me the art of how to preach strongly, intelligently, and coolly to defeat opposing arguments.
