Those who are sober and wise use their intelligence to understand actuality instead of being blinded by the sophisticated word jugglery of dogmatists.

Answer: Krishna is the Supreme Authority

Krishna is the ultimate authority. Any time we act in disobedience of Krishna's instructions we are acting whimsically and irresponsibly, and we will suffer the karmic reactions.
