Two Step Defeat of Rascal Materialistic Civilization
The first step in defeating the rascal materialistic civilization is to no longer be its follower. You have to start thinking out the box. In other words don't remain a blind follower of a culture that negates your very identity. Instead identity yourself with a culture that reaffirms who you actually are and teaches how to be who you actually are. In this way be a perfect example, a man or woman of ideal character. The next step is to take every available opportunity you get to tell others about the profound teachings of Lord Sri Krishna and the ecstatic lifestyle that follows in their wake. Boldly and enthusiastically take these two steps and you will be spiritual revolutionary whose very presence on this planet will have a profound impact for defeating the rascal materialistic civilization.

"The aim of this particular system of asana, known as the sitting posture for liberation, or muktasana, is to attain success in kundalini-cakra and gradually raise the life from the muladhara-cakra to the svadhisthana-cakra, then to the manipura-cakra, the anahata-cakra, the visuddha-cakra, and finally to the ajna-cakra. When the yogi reaches the ajna-cakra, between the two eyebrows, he is able to penetrate the brahma-randhra, or the hole in his skull, and go to any planet he desires, up to the spiritual kingdom of Vaikuntha, or Krishnaloka. The conclusion is that one has to come to the brahma-bhuta stage [SB 4.30.20] for going back to Godhead. However, those who are in Krishna consciousness, or who are practicing bhakti-yoga (sravanam kirtanam visnoh smaranam pada-sevanam [SB 7.5.23]), can return to Godhead without even practicing the muktasana process."
Therefore you should understand that kundalini consciousness is a lower level of consciousness for those who are following the muktasana process of self-realization. This system is very difficult and practically impossible to attain in this age of Kali. But if you will sincerely chant Hare Krishna, you will automatically attain kundalini consciousness and all higher stages of consciousness culminating in Krishna consciousness, the perfection of consciousness. So do not waste time trying separately to attain kundalini consciousness. Simply full absorb yourself in Krishna consciousness and attain the supreme perfection very quickly.

Question: Shall I Try to Awaken Kundalini?
Thank you very much for clearing my doubts that I have emailed to you. Now may I kindly ask you to let me know if awakening kundalini consciousness is another name for awakening our dormant Krishna consciousness? I submit this question at your feet for your clarification. Also if awakening Krishna consciousness is different than awakening kundalini consciousness, shall I learn to awaken kundalini consciousness also while chanting the Krishna maha mantra?Thanking you,
Ram
Answer: Chanting Hare Krishna Does Everything
Regarding kundalini consciousness Srila Prabhupada explains as follows in his purport to Srimad-Bhagavatam 4.23.14:"The aim of this particular system of asana, known as the sitting posture for liberation, or muktasana, is to attain success in kundalini-cakra and gradually raise the life from the muladhara-cakra to the svadhisthana-cakra, then to the manipura-cakra, the anahata-cakra, the visuddha-cakra, and finally to the ajna-cakra.
