Who is Srila Prabhupada's Successor?

Bhakti Caru Swami shares this pastime of Srila Prabhupada in which Srila Prabhupada describes who will be his successor:

"Just a few days before Srila Prabhupada left the planet, two prominent Indian gentlemen came to see him. One was Sriman Narayana, the Governor of Madras, and the other was his brother-in-law, Rama Krishna Bajaj, a big industrialist. At one point, they said that they wanted to discuss something with Srila Prabhupada privately, and Prabhupada asked us to leave the room. We left the room, although we didn't want to, but while leaving I pressed the recording button on the tape recorder. These two men asked Prabhupada, 'Who will continue your legacy after you leave the planet? Who will become your successor?' Prabhupada said, 'I am giving the legacy to all my disciples, all my followers, and whoever follows will have the legacy.' Then those two realized that the tape recorder was on and they asked Prabhupada if they could switch it off. After that I don't think they had any serious discussion. Srila Prabhupada made it clear that whoever follows him has his legacy. Prabhupada didn't want to appoint a successor as such."

How to access actual videos of Lord Krishna's pastimes in our heart? This thought came because we see now that we have video cameras etc which give actual videos almost. So is there a way we can get such videos in our heart or did demigods and previous kings recorded it

My Spiritual Journey in a Nutshell

As an American youth I was taught to believe in the. "American dream": Study hard, get a good education and a good job to get a good wife some good kids in a good house to enjoy a good life. But when I got to college I realized that this was not enough. I wanted to know what is the meaning of life, but no one could tell me. So I took to the path of self-realization and was blessed in 1968 with the Hare Krishna mantra and the worship of Radha and Krishna. (I did not know about ISKCON.) This inspired me to drop out of college and renounce the world to become a holy beggar in India. But on the way to India I realized that to renounce everything I had to ultimately renounce renunciation itself and accept something transcendental Thus I embraced the mission of delivering the world from chaos. For this purpose I adopted the life a singer/songwriter who in 1969 became recognized and very much appreciated. In 1971, seeking spiritual perfection, I followed the example of Lord Jesus Christ and prayed to God how I could become His perfect servant. Then God revealed to me path of pure Krishna bhakti as taught by His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami. On the most auspicious day of 12 August 1971 he accepted me as his disciple. Now on his order and under his most expert guidance I have fully devoted my life for awakening pure love of God within my heart and for making the entire world Krishna conscious.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here. But at least may it suffice for me to say for now that Gayatri taught me what it means to be a soft-hearted devotee of the Lord and she gave me my first cooking lesson, teaching me how to make cauliflower pakoras, and Amarendra taught me the art of how to preach strongly, intelligently, and coolly to defeat opposing arguments.
