My Duty is to Deliver the World

Since my beloved spiritual master, His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, gave us the order, "Become guru and deliver the world." this is my duty. I am begging Radharani and Lord Sri Krishna that before I leave my body that every single living entity who is suffering here in this material world can be delivered back to home, back to Godhead and if they are not that I can take birth and after birth until this happens.

Even though it can be rightfully argued that this is an impossible dream, I am very much encouraged by the example of the impoverished devotee who meditated on making very opulent service the Lord and simply by his meditation of testing the coolness of the hot sweet rice his meditation broke and he saw that his finger had actually become burned. He meditated on doing the impossible and saw that it actually became done. Thus, along with a dynamic, intelligent, determined, enthusiastic, life dedicated for world deliverance meditating on it can have an impact for helping it to happen.

So following in his footsteps along with determined preaching I will meditate on pulling off the impossible task of delivering the world until my last dying breath and am begging Lord Sri Krishna that I may take birth and after birth here in this hellish material world until all the fallen souls throughout the multi universes become liberated from the vicious cycle of birth and death.

It is important to note this connection that we always remember what Srila Prabhupada has so wisely written in his introduction to The Nectar of Devotion:

"The author of Bhakti-rasāmṛta-sindhu, Śrīla Rūpa Gosvāmī, very humbly submits that he is just trying to spread Kṛṣṇa consciousness all over the world, although he humbly thinks himself unfit for this work. That should be the attitude of all preachers of the Kṛṣṇa consciousness movement, following in the footsteps of Śrīla Rūpa Gosvāmī. We should never think of ourselves as great preachers but should always consider that we are simply instrumental to the previous ācāryas, and simply by following in their footsteps we may be able to do something for the benefit of suffering humanity."

So, in the same mood I must submit that I am trying to deliver all of the fallen souls of the material world back to their original home in the spiritual world even though I am completely unfit to do so. I am thus praying to the be a completely sold-out instrument in the hands of Srila Prabhupada and the previous acharyas so by the following their footsteps I am may able do something for pushing forward the Krishna consciousness movement all over the world.

Your Grace is nothing less than Prahlada Maharaj and your World Deliverance Mission is none the lesser than Prahlada Maharaj's Spiritual Mission.

Without taking much of your time, I am now reading the biography of the Time 100 most influential people of 2025. I am pained to see that all of them are chosen only for their temporary/material achievements. I couldn't find a single person looking at the bigger picture.

I pray to Lord Krishna that one day, Spiritual Revolutionaries like Your Grace, will also feature in the Time 100 most influential people List!

My Spiritual Journey in a Nutshell

As an American youth I was taught to believe in the. "American dream": Study hard, get a good education and a good job to get a good wife some good kids in a good house to enjoy a good life. But when I got to college, I realized that this was not enough. I wanted to know what the meaning of life is, but no one could tell me. So, I took to the path of self-realization and was blessed in 1968 with the Hare Krishna mantra and the worship of Radha and Krishna. (I did not know about ISKCON.) This inspired me to drop out of college and renounce the world to become a holy beggar in India. But on the way to India, I realized that to renounce everything I had to ultimately renounce renunciation itself and accept something transcendental Thus I embraced the mission of delivering the world from chaos. For this purpose, I adopted the life a singer/songwriter who in 1969 became recognized and very much appreciated. In 1971, seeking spiritual perfection, I followed the example of Lord Jesus Christ and prayed to God how I could become His perfect servant. Then God revealed to me path of pure Krishna bhakti as taught by His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami. On the most auspicious day of 12 August 1971, he accepted me as his disciple. Now on his order and under his most expert guidance I have fully devoted my life for awakening pure love of God within my heart and for making the entire world Krishna conscious.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me.
