Krishna Wants to Help Us

In Bhagavad-gita lecture given in Mumbai, India on 1 April 1971 Srila Prabhupada wonderfully how Krishna helps us:

"So what is the difficulty? Even in your ordinary life you can study Kṛṣṇa, you can understand Kṛṣṇa. And Kṛṣṇa will help you. As soon as you begin studying Kṛṣṇa, understanding Kṛṣṇa, Kṛṣṇa will help you from within. Kṛṣṇa is with you. Kṛṣṇa is not far away. He is so kind that He is sitting in your heart as your friend just to help you, how you become liberated from this material contamination. Why you do not take this advantage? Every sane man should take advantage of this instruction of Bhagavad-gītā, but rightly, as it is said. Then anywhere he may be, it doesn't matter, he is a liberated person."

So let us take full advantage of the mercy of Krishna and make our lives sublime.

Question: Why Do I Doubt Krishna's Existence?

Dear Srila Gurudeva,
Pleas accept my humble obeisances 🙏🙇‍♀️

Why do I suddenly doubt the existence of the Supreme Lord? Why does this happen that one day I want to be Krishna's devotee's servant and taste the divine nectar of Krishna's lotus feet and then suddenly I start doubting the mere existence of Lord even thought I don't want this to happen😢? What should I do now? Please help!

Answer: Lack of Philosophical Understanding

My Dear Kinjal,

Please accept my blessings.
All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

You are doubting Krishna's existence because you do not have a logical, philosophical understanding of God.

So I will now explain to you based on logic and philosophy why there must necessarily exist a personal God who is the origin of everything.

Because nothing comes out of nothing, everything must come from something. And that original something must possess within itself everything that is present in that which it has produced. Since personality exists within the manifestation of that original source that original source must necessarily possess personality and is therefore not an it. It is a person. And Lord Sri Krishna has revealed Himself to be that original person. And it is confirmed by great Vedic authorities such as Lord Brahma that Krishna is that original source of everything.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here. Krishna is not a myth, nor is He an ordinary historical personality. He is the Supreme All-Attractive Personality of Godhead. He is the oldest of all while simultaneously maintaining the form of a 16 year old youth.
