Don't Be a Loser--Be a Winner!

Srila Prabhupada very nicely explains in a Srimad Bhagavatam lecture he gave in New York on 22 July 1971:

"So long a man does not develop consciousness to understand his self, atma-tattvam, the truth of the self, then whatever he's doing in ignorance, it is all defeat for his life. This human life is meant for victorious, to become victorious over the laws of material nature. Actually we are trying for that purpose. The whole struggle is how to counteract the onslaught of material nature. The whole activities are going on. But what is the ultimate victory? The ultimate victory is how to conquer over birth, death, disease and old age. That is the outcome, victory."

So, my dear readers, don't be a loser. Be a winner by reviving your dormant Krishna consciousness that has been sleeping within you for thousands and millions of lifetimes. Revive your Krishna consciousness and return to your original home in the spiritual world. This is the ultimate victory.

Answer: Freedom From the Pains of Material Existence

Nirvana means to extinguish the pains of material existence. In other words one becomes free from rotating in the cycle of birth and death through the 8,400,000 different species that inhabit our universe. Some types of nirvana only give temporary relief for some time, and then one has to fall down again into material existence. However, the supreme nirvana is to awaken pure love of God within your heart and return to His eternal kingdom. This supreme nirvana was taught in India by Lord Krishna and was also taught outside India by Jesus Christ and Hajrat Mohammad. It is being taught now all over the world by the International Society for Krishna Consciousness. Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here.
