Krishna's Unlimited Kindness

Love cannot be forced, it must be voluntary. Therefore in the spiritual world, where there is nothing but pure love in unlimited varieties of loving relationships, the inhabitants always have the option to love Krishna or to leave Krishna. In other words, they have free will. This free will can be properly used to serve Krishna with love or it can be abused by trying enjoy separately from Krishna. Krishna could simply fully destroy those who want to try to enjoy separately from Him. But because He loves us and want to regain that original loving relationship He was enjoying with us He does not do so. He gives us through His external energy this material world where we can try our level best to enjoy without Him. But because He, as our loving father, misses us likely any thing He comes here personally and also sends many of His representatives to try to convince us to come back to our original pure loving relationship with Him. Thus, if we are intelligent we will take of His unlimitedly sweet kindness and go back to Him.

Dear Spiritual Seeker,

Yes, this was achieved in ancient times by the saintly king Khatvanga. The demigods in the heavenly planets were being defeated by the attack of the demons. Even though king Khatvanga was an earthly king he was a very, very powerful fighter. So the demigods in the heavenly planets requested his help in fighting off the demons. He fought bravely to his full extent and defeated the demons. The demigods were very pleased with him and offered any boon that he may desire for his material enjoyment. Because he was a saintly king, instead of asking for a material boon he asked instead to simply be informed how much longer he would live. When the demigods informed him that his death was coming very soon, he immediately took complete shelter of God and attain spiritual perfection within a moment.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here. But at least may it suffice for me to say for now that Gayatri taught me what it means to be a soft-hearted devotee of the Lord and she gave me my first cooking lesson, teaching me how to make cauliflower pakoras, and Amarendra taught me the art of how to preach strongly, intelligently, and coolly to defeat opposing arguments. Krishna is not a myth, nor is He an ordinary historical personality. He is the Supreme All-Attractive Personality of Godhead. He is the oldest of all while simultaneously maintaining the form of a 16 year old youth.
