Just Try to Satisfy Krishna and You Will See Him

If the parts of the body try to become satisfied or nourished while neglecting the belly, they will not be successful. Contrarily, if the parts of the body co-operate to take care of the needs of the belly, they all become satisfied. Similarly, just as the bodily parts become satiated only by satisfying the belly, we, the living beings, can only become fulfilled by satisfying the root of all existence, Lord Sri Krishna. Fools and rascals argue that Krishna is not the root of existence, but when we ask them for proof of this, their inability to do so discloses the insubstantiality of their argument. 

The proof of Krishna's primordiality is the most substantial of all proofs. Just as the sun's existence is evidenced by opening your eyes to see the sun, Krishna's existence is substantiated by opening your eyes to see how Krishna is factually emanating everything from his transcendental body at every moment. If you cannot see Krishna, this means that you are presently blinded or covered by the cataracts of material consciousness. These cataracts can easily be removed by applying the salve of love, known in Sanskrit as premanjana, to your eyes. By taking advantage of this premanjana you will then be able to directly perceive Krishna face to face, eye to eye, witnessing how He is indeed the source of all existence, the supreme cause of all causes.

Answer: They Are Krishna Himself

A mantra is a transcendental sound vibration which when sincerely meditated upon delivers you from this material world. Such sound vibrations are powerful because they are not of this material world. They are mercy dispensations coming from the spiritual world. In other words, they are non-different from Krishna Himself. Especially in this age, the Hare Krishna mahamantra is the sound incarnation of Krishna Himself blessing us with His divine presence in order to save us from our deeply entrenched illusion and unbearable suffering.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here. But at least may it suffice for me to say for now that Gayatri taught me what it means to be a soft-hearted devotee of the Lord and she gave me my first cooking lesson, teaching me how to make cauliflower pakoras, and Amarendra taught me the art of how to preach strongly, intelligently, and coolly to defeat opposing arguments. He is the oldest of all while simultaneously maintaining the form of a 16 year old youth.
