For the Ultimate Welfare of All
The Krishna conscious person lives for the ultimate welfare of all living beings. He does not think only of himself. This is why we find this following prayer of Prahlada Maharaja in the Srimad Bhagavatam:
svasty astu viśvasya khalaḥ prasīdatāṁ
dhyāyantu bhūtāni śivaṁ mitho dhiyā
manaś ca bhadraṁ bhajatād adhokṣaje
āveśyatāṁ no matir apy ahaitukī
"May there be good fortune throughout the universe, and may all envious persons be pacified. May all living entities become calm by practicing bhakti-yoga, for by accepting devotional service they will think of each other's welfare. Therefore let us all engage in the service of the supreme transcendence, Lord Sri Krishna, and always remain absorbed in thought of Him.
--Srimad Bhagavatam 5.18.9
The more we are dedicated to the deliverance of living beings from this rotten material existence, the more our own position of liberation becomes assured. This is why we see that the most advanced devotees are those who are actively engaged as much as possible in giving Krishna consciousness to others.

Question: Destination of Vishnu Bhaktas and Krishna Bhaktas
Is it possible for someone who performs genuine devotional service to the Vishnu form to reach the same destination after death as those who are pure devotees of the form known as Krishna?Joe
Answer: According to Whom They Worship
Those who focus their devotion on one of the Vishnu expansions of Krishna will attain one of the Vaikuntha planets in the spiritual world where Krishna is worshipped as four-armed Vishnu with awe and reverence. And those who worship God’s original form of Krishna will attain Krishnaloka, the topmost planet of the spiritual world, where Krishna is served with intimacy in His primordial two-armed form.Sankarshan Das Adhikari
