The Sweetest, Most Ecstatic and Memorable Experience

There is nothing sweeter than residing in the wonderful realm of Sri Vrindavana-dhama. Indeed, it is the ultimate experience. In this connection Srila Prabhupada explains as follows in his introduction to the Srimad-Bhagavatam:

"Vrindavana-dhama is nondifferent from the Lord because the name, fame, form and place where the Lord manifests Himself are all identical with the Lord as absolute knowledge. Therefore Vrindavana-dhama is as worshipable as the Lord."

So how can one tolerate giving up residence in Vrindavan when he has to leave and go somewhere else for preaching or for earning his livelihood? Actually it is not tolerable. Therefore the devotee always dwells in Sri Vrindavana-dhama within his heart by constantly remembering and serving the transcendental name, fame, forms, pastimes, entourage, teachings, dhama, and paraphernalia (such as Krishna's flute) of that most sublime of al personalities, Lord Sri Krishna.

Question: How to Disassociate from Business Contacts?

How does one disassociate from those who are not of good behavior in a world in which we are so connected? Even if I would like to distance myself, it is hard because we have to keep in mind the business connection we have and how that plays into our career. I don't know when I may need that person. If I have a bad relationship with the person, I could have trouble in the future because of the stature of the person over me.

Answer: A Devotee Has Good Relationships With Everyone

A devotee has good relationships with everyone: both with devotees and with non-devotees. But within his heart his attitude is different. He sees the devotees as his only shelter in the vast desert of material existence. And he sees the non-devotees as suffering souls that he engages in Krishna's service trying to deliver them from the cycle of repeated birth and death. No one has actual stature over the devotee in this material world because the devotee is in the highest position of being the representative of the Supreme Personality of Godhead.
