Absolutely Ecstatic

Krishna consciousness is absolutely ecstatic. This means that a person who is fully absorbed in Krishna consciousness is always ecstatic no matter what situation he may be in. The reason that he is always swimming in an ocean of transcendental bliss is that he is constantly offering his every thought, word, and deed in the service of the Lord. Krishna, being very, very pleased with His devotee's mood of interrupted devotion, interruptedly showers His devotee with torrents and torrents of indescribably nectarean transcendental bliss.

Answers According to the Vedic Version:

Question: Simultaneous Formness and Formlessness?

Please help me to understand. Water, when it takes the shape of water vapor or ice loses its original liquid form, i.e. water. So how can Lord Sri Krishna manifest simultaneously His form aspect in a humanlike form and His formless aspect as the impersonal Brahman?

Can we say that in the formless form He remains as energy? As modern science claims that energy cannot be created or destroyed, that it only changes form--can we consider the energy that exists in the universe as God?

Regards.
Aman

Answer: Just Like the Flames and Heat of a Fire

Just as fire simultaneously has its form aspect, its flames, and its formless aspect, its heat, similarly Krishna simultaneously manifests both His form aspect, His transcendental body, and his formless aspect, the impersonal Brahman.

The formless aspect of the Lord is His energy, just as the heat of the fire is the energy of the fire. The energy which is manifested as the material world is also the Lord's energy. It is manifested as eight different types of energy as described by Lord Sri Krishna in the Bhagavad-gita:

bhūmir āpo 'nalo vāyuḥ
khaṁ mano buddhir eva ca
ahaṅkāra itīyaṁ me
bhinnā prakṛtir aṣṭadhā

"Earth, water, fire, air, ether, mind, intelligence and false
ego--all together these eight constitute My separated material
energies."--Bg 7.4

Since the Lord and the Lord's energy are non-different, this universe is also understood as a manifestation of God.
