Krishna tells us in the Bhagavad-gita that when we surrender unto Him, He frees us from all sinful reactions. Yet, we also hear that sometimes devotees still undergo a minimized or token reaction for past misdeeds. How are we to understand this seemingly contradictory situation?

This is compared to a fan. When the fan is switched off the blades continue to turn for some, but very soon they will become a complete stop.

I have been wondering, difficult situations bring us closer to Krishna. We cry out to Him and He reciprocates so lovingly.

At first my parents were not happy about me being Krishna conscious, but all I did was offer prayers to the Lord and beg for His mercy. Now they are more than happy and supportive.

Whenever I had questions or confusions, just by your grace and daily emails they would disappear.

I am so grateful

The previous time your grace advised me to read the Bhagavad-gita to them. And they also attend Bhagavad-gita classes at the temple.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here.
