Nothing Can Stop Us from Doing Our Duty
When I became Srila Prabhupada's disciple he appreciated my enthusiasm for pushing forward this movement and instructed me, "Continue enthusiastically as you are doing and surely Krishna will bless you." In Los Angeles on December 17, 1973 he ordered us, this disciples, "Become guru and deliver the whole world." I take this order very seriously embracing it as my very life and soul. There is no material situation that can stand in the way of my trying to do this. It is only if I forget Krishna that I can be defeated. In this connection Srila Prabhupada has written as follows in his purport to Nectar of Instruction, Text 3:"Devotional service is ahaituky apratihatā: it is not the effect of any mundane cause, nor can it be terminated by any mundane cause or permanently curtailed by any material interruption. Therefore a devotee should be confident about his engagement.."
Taking of the lotus feet of my spiritual master, His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, on my head I continue undeterred in my endeavor to successfully carry out his order.

Answer
From: Sri Vrindavan Dham, IndiaMy Dear Anahita,
Please accept my blessings.
All glories to Srila Prabhupada.
The first step in surrendering to Krishna is to chant at least 16 rounds daily of the Hare Krishna mahamantra on japa mala beads while strictly avoiding illicit sex, meat eating, intoxication, and gambling.
I hope this meets you in the best of health.
Your ever well-wisher,
Sankarshan Das Adhikari
