From Sydney, Australia on 27 March 1972 Srila Prabhupada wrote as follows in a letter to his disciple, Jagadisa,

"If we simply repeat this philosophy exactly as it is, without any misrepresentation or adulteration, then this movement will never be checked, and we will conquer the world."

So let's present our teachings purely, just as Srila Prabhupada gave them to us without any addition, subtraction, or adulteraion, and we will be amazed by how much this Krishna consciousness movement will have a transformational, uplifting effect on our greatly misguided, deteriorated modern day society.

Question: Who Are the Ritviks?

Who are ritviks actually? What is ritvikism? Does ISKCON Banglore consists of Ritviks? Because I have heard about ritvikism in ISKCON Banglore. And therefore I have a question that how to know or identify the ritviks and the non-ritviks.
Please forgive me if I asked something wrong, I request you to please clear my doubts.

All glories to Srila Prabhupada.
"Ritvik" means "priest." These devotees who call themselves "ritviks" are promoting the so-called "ritvikism." Even though Srila Prabhupada ordered his disciples to take disciples, these "ritviks" are propagating the false philosophy that Srila Prabhupada's disciples are not allowed to take disciples, that only Srila Prabhupada can take disciples. They are saying that all the people who are now joining ISKCON should be initiated as Srila Prabhupada's disciples, even though he is not here to initiate them.

In other words they are saying that the Brahma-Madhva Gaudiya
disciplic succession that has gone on for 155 trillion years since
the beginning our universe from one spiritual master to another spiritual master now stops with Srila Prabhupada, that there are no gurus after him. The Brahma-Madhva Gaudiya disciplic succession has be going as follows:

ISKCON Bangalore follows and preaches this false philosophy. Anyone who says that Srila Prabhupada's disciples cannot be spiritual masters is a follower of this so-called "ritvik" philosophy.

What to speak of being guru, Srila Prabhupada personally told me that I could aspire to be jagad-guru the spiritual master of the entire universe.

We appreciate all the wonderful things that ISKCON Bangalore is doing. But they will become even more wonderful when they give up this bogus so-called "ritvik" philosophy, which is a deviation from Srila Prabhupada's teachings.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here.
