Our Eternal Perfect Relationship with Krishna

From Vrindavan, India on 27 August 1967 in a letter to his disciple Jananivas Srila Prabhupada gave the most wonderful, enlightening instructions. Here is what he wrote:

"The spirit soul is certainly eternal and changeless; and the fall is superficial, just like the relation between father and son cannot be broken ever. Now we are simply in a phase of forgetfulness, and this forgetfulness is called Maya. There is a nice example in the waning of the moon. To us the moon appears to be changing, but in fact the moon is always the same. So as eternal servitors of Krishna -- our constitutional position -- we fall down when we try to become the enjoyer, imitating Krishna. That is our downfall. Krishna is the Supreme Enjoyer, and we are constitutionally to be enjoyed by Him, and when we revive this constitutional position where is no more Maya. Krishna.consciousness gives us the opportunity of rendering service to Krishna, and this service attitude only can replace us on our original position. Please therefore, continue to chant faithfully, and Krishna will reveal Himself, by His causeless mercy, and you will know everything automatically."

So our perfect relationship with Krishna is eternally existing even though we cannot now perceive it since we are covered by Maya, the illusory material energy.

Answer: Constant Change of Body

Your body is changing constantly. At every second the old blood corpuscles are dying and new blood corpuscles are taking their place. But in spite of these constant changes you always remain the same person. This is why even as an old person you can remember things you did as an infant. And just as you have had a constant change of body in this lifetime at the time of death by the same momentum you will have another change of body finding yourself in the womb of another mother. Hopefully you won't get aborted.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here. Krishna is not a myth, nor is He an ordinary historical personality. He is the Supreme All-Attractive Personality of Godhead. He is the oldest of all while simultaneously maintaining the form of a 16 year old youth.
