Six Symptoms of Being Surrendered to Lord Krishna

In the preface to the Teachings of Lord Caitanya Srila Prabhupada lists things that one should do in order to surrender to Lord Sri Krishna, the Supreme Personality of Godhead. If we are mindful of these six items and endeavor sincerely to do them, our going back to Home, back to Godhead at the time of death is absolutely sure.

Here are the six symptoms of one who is surrendered to Lord Sri Krishna:
(1) Accept things favorable for discharging devotional service
(2) Reject things unfavorable
(3) Believe firmly in the Lord's protection
(4) Feel exclusively dependent on the mercy of the Lord
(5) Have no interest separate from the interest of the Lord
(6) Always feel oneself meek and humble

So we must sincerely and carefully see if we are manifesting these six symptoms if we want to be successful in reviving our dormant Krishna consciousness.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. Who is this Krishna?

Krishna is not a myth, nor is He an ordinary historical personality. He is the Supreme All-Attractive Personality of Godhead. He is the oldest of all while simultaneously maintaining the form of a 16 year old youth.
