Death Is As Sure As Death

There is a saying, "As sure as death," which means something which is certain to happen, that is inevitable and unavoidable. Therefore death is sure. What are people doing to prepare for inevitable death? Nothing. This is what is totally lacking in our modern day materialistic society. People do everything to enjoy their senses as much possible while completely ignoring what is required to make the spiritual being who is situated within their body to be happy. This can be compared to putting gasoline in your car's gas tank while starving yourself by not putting any food in your belly. This is truly a most foolish thing to do. This is the pastime of the idiots and the rascals.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here.
