My Disciples are Thirteenth from Lord Caitanya
My Disciples are Thirteenth from Lord Caitanya
My dear reader, in an arrival address on 18 May 1872 in New Dwarka (ISKCON Los Angeles) Srila Prabhupada told his disciples:
"So we have got this message from Kṛṣṇa, from Caitanya Mahāprabhu, from the six Gosvāmīs, later on, Bhaktivinoda Ṭhākura, Bhaktisiddhānta Ṭhākura. And we are trying our bit also to distribute this knowledge. Now, tenth, eleventh, twelfth... My Guru Mahārāja is tenth from Caitanya Mahāprabhu, I am eleventh, you are the twelfth. So distribute this knowledge. People are suffering."
Since we Prabhupada disciples are the twelfth from Caitanya, my disciples and the disciples of my Godbrothers are the thirteenth in disciplic succession from Lord Caitanya. Take advantage of the mercy you are receiving and make the whole world happy by distributing this mercy.

Answers According to the Vedic Wisdom
(Note: There was a mistake in yesterday's answer. So today I am giving your the corrected version. The correction is underlined and in bold.)
Questions: How We Fell from the Spiritual World?
Hare Krishna, Guru Maharaja.
Please accept my humble obeisances.
All glories to Srila Prabhupada.
Please clarify on below:
It is said that souls came to this material world because they misused their free will to try to enjoy separately from Krishna and that all souls were originally part of the spiritual world.
Doubt 1: Since all souls were originally part of spiritual world and it is said that souls are full in knowledge in spiritual world why did we chose to enjoy separately.?
Doubt 2: Krishna says that once one goes to His abode he does not fall down to the material world. But I have no doubt in this regard.Isn't this contradictory since we were already in His abode and fell down?
Please forgive me for my offences.

Answer: Misuse of Free Will
From: ISKCON Austin, Texas USA
My Dear Sarvapuja Golokapati,
Please accept my blessings.
All glories to Srila Prabhupada.
Since love cannot be forced, our loving Krishna is always up to us to decide to love Krishna or not. If there were no choice, love could not exist.

My Dear Sarvapuja Golokapati,
Please accept my blessings.
All glories to Srila Prabhupada.
Since love cannot be forced, our loving Krishna is always up to us to decide to love Krishna or not. If there were no choice, love could not exist.
Therefore there is always chance of misuse of free will and it thus sometimes happens. It if was impossible to happen, there would be no free will and love could not exist.
Once having fallen and have gone back to Godhead the living being will not fall again. A foolish child may stick his hand in the fire one time and get burned. But he will not do it again. "Once burned, I learned." "Once bitten, twice shy."
I hope this meets you in the best of health.
Your ever well-wisher,
Sankarshan Das Adhikari
