How can spirituality help manage panic attacks?

Answer: The Blissful Spiritual Plane

Dear Wayne,

There are three planes:
1. Physical plane
2. Mental plane
3. Spiritual plane

Since panic attacks come on the mental plane if you situate yourself solidly on the spiritual plane, you will become 100% free from panic attacks. The most powerful, easy, and effective method for situating yourself solidly on the spiritual plane is to chant the holy names of God as much as possible on a regularly daily basis, especially during the early morning hours when meditation is easier and more effective. Christians can chant “Christ.” Muslims can chant “Allah.” Everyone can chant according to their tradition. I have found the greatest power in chanting the Hare Krishna mantra, the one that George Harrison put in “My Sweet Lord.” It goes like this: Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna, Hare Hare / Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare. I recommend it to anyone and everyone who gets panic attacks because it immediately defeats panic attacks and all over varieties of mental garbage such as lust, greed, anger, madness, illusion, and envy.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here.
