How to See Things as They Are

Since our senses are imperfect, if we rely on them solely for our understanding of what is real and what is unreal, it is sure and certain that we will be illusioned. Therefore to know things as they are we should take the guidance and instructions of that person who knows everything perfectly, namely the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Who is the source of all existence. By following His instructions so we will always think, speak, and act in a way that is ultimately beneficial for ourselves for all the living beings in all of existence. What could be wiser to and more wonderful to do than this? Do you understand?

Why am I suffering anxiety so badly?

Answer: Misidentification With Your Material Body

From: ISKCON Austin, Texas USA

My Dear Natalie,

Please accept my blessings.
All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

You are suffering from anxiety due to misidentification with your material body. Your actual nature is that you are an eternal spiritual being, full of bliss, and full of bliss. But now you are in anxiety because you are
foolishly misidentifying yourself with your material body which is temporary, full of ignorance, and full of misery. So now re-identify with your spiritual
nature by engaging yourself in the loving service of Lord Sri Krishna, the Supreme Personality of Godhead. By doing so you will enter into a state of unlimited bliss.

I hope this meets you in the best of health and in an ecstatic mood.
Your ever well-wisher,

Sankarshan Das Adhikari
