Anxiety is Not a Curse. It is a Real Blessing
In this world people are very disturbed by anxiety. Thus they strive by so many means to get rid of their anxiety, such as having sex, getting drunk, stuffing their belly with food, watching a movie, gambling, etc. However, none of these attempts give them genuine lasting relief from anxiety. What they don't realize is that anxiety is not bad. It is simply nature's warning signal that you need to make an adjustment in your consciousness. This can be compared to warning light in our car. The warning light's coming on is not a malfunction of our car. It a blessing to have that warning light go off. It is a proper indication that some action needs to be taken for the car's benefit, like getting a tune up. Similarly anxiety is simply an appropriate, timely indication that it it is time to get a consciousness tune up. For a car tune you go to a mechanic, and for consciousness tune you go to a spiritual master.

Where can I join to become a monk and live for a lifetime?Manoj Sadula
Answer: ISKCON New Vedic Culture Center in Pune, India
Dear Manoj,
Please accept my blessings.
I highly recommend the brahmacari ashram at the ISKCON New Vedic Culture Center in Pune, India. I have already one disciple who is a monk there, and he is very happy in the wonderful atmosphere. Kindly contact His Grace Revatipati Das Brahmacari at nvcc@iskconpune.in and inform him that you are interested in becoming a monk. I sometimes visit there for lecturing, and I find the mood and atmosphere there to be absolutely sublime and divine.
Hoping this meets you well,
Sankarshan Das Adhikari
