Why Does Love Exist?
The simple and profound answer to this question is that love exists because Krishna is so kind. Why is He so kind? He is kind because relishes unlimited happiness by having sweet loving relationships with each and every one of His devotees. Who are His devotees? That's everyone. Some of us realize that we are His devotees, and some of us have forgotten that we are His devotees. Because of Krishna's love for those of us who have forgotten that we are His devotees He has come to this material world and spoken the Bhagavad-gita to bring us back to our original loving relationships with Him. If we don't take advantage of His most merciful teachings we are simply fools and rascals.

My Dear Amit,
Please accept my blessings.
All glories to Srila Prabhupada.
Lord Sri Krishna is the Supreme Personality of Godhead, and Lord Shiva is the greatest of His devotees. Lord Shiva is the topmost Vaisnava.
In this connection Lord Brahma states as follows:
kṣīraṁ yathā dadhi vikāra-viśeṣa-yogāt
sañjāyate na hi tataḥ pṛthag asti hetoḥ
yaḥ śambhutām api tathā samupaiti kāryād
govindam ādi-puruṣaṁ tam ahaṁ bhajāmi
"Just as milk is transformed into curd by the action of acids, but yet the effect curd is neither same as, nor different from, its cause, viz., milk, so I adore the primeval Lord Govinda of whom the state of Śambhu, Lord Shiva, is a transformation for the performance of the work of destruction."
I hope this meets you in the best of health and in an ecstatic mood.
