Happy Even When You Are Sick

Krishna consciousness is so transcendental and so wonderful that you can even be happy when you are sick. The first thing is that you understand fully well that you are not your body. This is means that your happiness or lack thereof does not depend on the condition of your body. It simply depends on your consciousness, over which you have complete control and does not have to be influenced by any external situation. If you are thinking of Krishna and being fully dependent on Him, you will be genuinely happy. Otherwise you will not be happy, even if you are in the best of material circumstances. So take complete control of your happiness by always remembering your all-merciful, eternal well-wisher Lord Sri Krishna.

Comment: How Can Krishna Be the Origin of Himself?

Srila Gurudeva, all your instructions and teachings can be realized as truth upon practicing. Whatever doubt I had due to my faulty mind and little brain is getting cleared eventually by your merciful teachings.

Now I know that the facts you are saying which I was not able to realize is only because of my limitation and its not that what you are presenting based on Vedic knowledge you received through disciplic succession is wrong

Please dispel my doubt, in your teachings you mention that Krishna is source of everything including Himself. But if He has to be His source, He should already exist right? How am I to understand that Krishna is the source of Himself.

Please be merciful with this fallen soul.

Answer: Krishna is Not Under the Influence of Time

Yes, Krishna exists eternally, and He has no origin other than Himself. This is not difficult for Him because time is simply one of His energies. It is difficult for you to understand this because you are under the influence time, i.e. past, present, and future. But Krishna being the source of time is not under its influence. Therefore for Him to have always existed with no origin other than Himself is no more difficult for Him than it is difficult to exist while you are reading these words with which I am answering your question.
