Are Priests Frustrated Without Sex?

While in the Catholic church there is a controversy over whether or not priests should be allowed to marry, in India's ancient Vedic culture this has never been an issue. The saintly class have always had to option of remaining single or getting married. Therefore in the Hare Krishna movement, which is the modern day manifestation of the Vedic culture, priests can either be married or single. The married priests use sex only for its divine purpose of conceiving children, not for Saturday night recreation. For recreation the Hare Krishnas get greater pleasure from chanting Hare Krishna, dancing in ecstasy, and feasting on delicious vegetarian meals which have been offered to Lord Sri Krishna with love and devotion. The bottom line is that chanting Hare Krishna is better than sex. This is why the Hare Krishna priests are always blissful and never frustrated.

Question: Who Can Remember God at Death?

Guru Maharaja,

My humble obeisances unto you.

I read somewhere recently that a person who remembers the Supreme God at the time of his death definitely reaches the kingdom of God, his original home, the Vaikuntha world.

My question is: Is it possible for every human to remember God at the time of death? What type of a person is actually able to remember God at that time?

Please explain.

Thanking you,

Amit Gupta,

Answer: The Sinless Chanter of His Holy Names

This is only possible for those who are sinless and have trained themselves to remember God at every minute, because a man who is engrossed in material sense gratification will naturally think of sense gratification at the time of death. He won't be able to remember God.

If one will give up meat eating, intoxication, illicit (non-procreational) sex, and gambling and will chant at least 16 rounds (1,728 repetitions) of the Hare Krishna mahamantra daily, he will easily be able to remember God at the time of death and will immediately be transferred to God's divine abode upon passing out of his material body.

The Hare Krishna mahamantra is most sublime and is as follows:

Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna, Hare Hare
Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare
