Happy in Spite of Living in Hell

Let's face it. There's no doubt about it. This material world is hell. We are being dragged by the laws of nature repeatedly through the cycle of birth, death, old age, and disease. In spite of all claims from the scientists that they are going to free us from these miseries, we see that the miseries are continuing for every man, woman, and child in every part of the world. The good news is that in spite of being stuck in this hell the living being can be completely happy by realizing his true identity as the eternal servant of God and putting this realization into practice by engaging in the devotional service of the Lord.

Question: Why is It Necessary to Maintain Silence?

I would like to know why is it absolutely necessary to maintain silence in spirituality? Even if people need help, the so-called spiritual guide does not reply to her or his question. I guess we are all human, one needs help from the other. But it's wrong when spiritually experienced people don't help others who need help unless they get paid. They don't open their mouth unless you push a check or dollars in their mouth. Is this right? Sorry but it's true. Paying money should not be a requirement for those who need spiritual guidance. I am coming from a different religion, and when I approach people with experience for help, their first reply is show your credit card to get my knowledge.

That's the fact, but the day I get enlightenment, I will reach out to people who will approach me without a question.

Answer: Real Silence is to Enlighten the Whole World

Real silence means to glorify Krishna and help others attain the supreme happiness 24 hours daily. The bona fide spiritual master does not charge any fee for his service of enlightening others. He instead blesses others with the supreme happiness out of the kindness of his heart. Those who charge money for spiritual knowledge cannot give genuine spiritual knowledge because they do not have it.

I wish you all success in your quest for enlightenment. If there is any way I can of service to you in this regard, kindly let me know.
