The Ultimate Voyage

The lotus feet of Lord Sri Krishna are the most suitable boat for carrying us over this dangerous ocean of material existence. These sweet lotus feet carry us quickly and easily into the transcendental kingdom of God where life is eternal, full of knowledge, and full of bliss. In that amazingly splendorous spiritual sky there is no fear from any kind of danger because in that abode all types of dangerous situations are conspicuous by their absence. If we want to purchase a ticket for this ultimate voyage, we must pay the price. What is the price for this most valuable of all tickets? The price is quite reasonable. It is not unaffordable even for the poorest man. The price for this ultimate voyage back to home, back to Godhead is faith. One simply has to execute this process with firm faith that this Krishna consciousness will save him from all dangers. Through this sublime method one will then feel how at every moment he is being transported across the dangerous material ocean back to his original home in the spiritual world. And then in due course of time he will arrive there.

Question: Why Krishna Does Not Reveal Himself?

Why God, Lord Sri Krishna, does not appear before us or at least come in our sweet dreams? We love Him so much. As we have read about the past glories and have come across descriptions of His appearance and disappearance.

Why is He sending messengers such as Lord Jesus Christ?

I know that He reveals Himself only to His devotees. Why can't He disclose His visvarupa, His universal form, to the whole world? Correct me if I am wrong. Kindly enlighten me.

Answer: The Owl Should Open His Eyes

First we must take full advantage of Lord Krishna in the ways that He already manifested. Then we will be qualified to realize Him further. He has already fully manifested before us in the form of His holy names and in the form the Deities. He has also manifested in the form of His messengers, the bona fide spiritual masters, who although not God are invested with the potency of God for enlightening the illusioned souls of this world.

The Lord is fully available for all of us to see Him within everything and everything within Him. Simply we must qualify ourselves by anointing our eyes with the salve of love of God. There is no point in owl complaining that the sun will not reveal itself while the owl keeps his eyes tightly closed shut. If he wants to see the sun all he has to do is open his eyes.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee.
