Whole World is Waiting to Be Awakened

In a lecture given on 7 January 1973 in Mumbai, India Srila Prabhupada described that the whole world is waiting to be awakened to Krishna consciousness. This means that all of those devotees who fully dedicate their lives for telling everyone about Krishna will go down in history as messiahs, as the saviors of the world.

So what kind of life would you like to live, a boring, non-eventful life wrapped up in the cycle of birth and death or a greatly exciting life as a liberated soul on the cutting edge of universal history? The choice is yours. I hope you make the right choice. My best advice is that you take Lord Caitanya's order as your very life and soul:

yāre dekha, tāre kaha ‘kṛṣṇa’-upadeśa
āmāra ājñāya guru hañā tāra’ ei deśa

“Instruct everyone to follow the orders of Lord Śrī Kṛṣṇa as they are given in the Bhagavad-gītā and Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam. In this way become a spiritual master and try to liberate everyone in this land.”
(Sri Caitanya Caritamrita Madhya Lila, Chapter 7, Verse 128)

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me.
