Here is How to Transcend this Material Existence
My dear , here is some of the most amazingly powerful wisdom. I very much relished it yesterday in my morning study of the Sri Isopanisad. This wisdom has been so mercifully given to us by Srila Prabhupada in his purport to Sri Isopanisad Mantra 10:
"One should not be happy or distressed over desirables and undesirables, knowing that such feelings are just created by the mind."
Anyone who always remembers and seriously applies this teaching fully will never ever be carried away again by lamentation of illusion and will able to see everything that happens as the unlimited mercy of Krishna. He will be fully empowered to transcend this material existence.
Would you like that person to be you? If so, you should seriously apply this instruction.

Dear Gurudeva, I'd like to share with you that on the 24th of November our little son, Govinda Das was born. The child seems very healthy. During the birth process I was preaching about Krishna consciousness to an obstetrician. She is quite an open minded Christian and was in an accepting mood. After birth little Govinda cried and immediately started to listen to kirtan records. And now everyday he continues the sravanam, hearing, process.
I heard from you, that if the purificatory process for giving birth is done correctly the child grows up devoted to Krishna. Chanting 50 rounds was the easiest part of that. So we are praying Your divine blessings for him and for us to become more mature in Krishna consciousness by observing the duty of raising him to be Krishna's pure devotee.

Krishna is now giving you both the most auspicious opportunity to become very, very fixed in Krishna consciousness to give Govinda Das the best possible association for his spiritual progress. This is greatest blessing for the both of you.
