One Pure Devotee Can Deliver All the Fallen Souls
In his purport to Sri Caitanya Caritamrita, Madhya Lila, Chapter 8, Text 246 Srila Prabhupada quotes from the Itihāsa-samuccaya the most amazing verse:
In the Itihāsa-samuccaya, Nārada tells Puṇḍarīka:
janmāntara-sahasreṣu yasya syād buddhir īdṛśī
dāso ’haṁ vāsudevasya sarvāl lokān samuddharet
“After many, many births, when a person realizes that he is the eternal servant of Vāsudeva, he can deliver all the worlds.”
When I carefully consider the ramifications of this most amazing verse I beg my most beloved spiritual master, His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, that I may now at this very moment become such a person who fully realizes that he is the eternal servant of Krishna so that I can now deliver all the poor souls who are suffering in this material existence back to Home, back to Godhead.

I have some questions regarding the ritvik system. What is the ritvik system and why is ISKCON Governing Body Commission (GBC) against it if Prabhupada supported the ritvik system? Is it right or wrong? Please tell me in detail.
Rudra Pisethe
My Dear Rudra,
Please accept my blessings.
All glories to Srila Prabhupada.
Srila Prabhupada never supported the so-called ritvik system, which is based on the bogus idea that Srila Prabhupada he would be the only spiritual master in ISKCON for the next 10,000 years.
The ritvik idea is the false idea that even though we are in an unbroken line of disciplic succession going for thousands of years, the line of disciplic succession has now ended with Srila Prabhupada. There will be no more initiating gurus after him.
To understand what is actually proper in this regard we should find out what were Srila Prabhupada's instructions on this topic. Srila Prabhupada had a meeting with his leading disciples in Vrindavan, India on 28 May 1977 in which this issue was discussed in detail. In that discussion Srila Prabhupada clearly said that after his departure his disciples would initiate disciples who would then be their disciples and grand disciples of Srila Prabhupada. Just like we have a father and grandfather. The grandfather is the father of our father. So the grand spiritual master, Srila Prabhupada, is not the direct spiritual master of the devotees who are now getting initiated. He is the spiritual master of their spiritual master. Their spiritual master is the one who initiates them.
These "ritviks" say that only Srila Prabhupada can be an initiating guru. But this clearly is not what Srila Prabhupada taught us.
For example, here is the disciplic succession for those who are my disciples. (The other ISKCON gurus are in position 33 for their respective disciples.) This is in accordance with Lord Sri Krishna's words, Evaṁ paramparā-prāptam imaṁ rājarṣayo viduḥ --"This supreme science was thus received through the chain of disciplic succession."
