Sometimes when the miseries of material life become more than you can handle instead of allowing yourself to become depressed or even suicidal you should thank Krishna for giving you such a stark reminder that this material world is not your real home. In this way instead of becoming bewildered you can immediately come bouncing back to eternal realm of ever-increasing bliss which can be found there within your heart in your eternal loving relationship with Lord Sri Krishna.

There is a gulf of difference between humility and low self-esteem. Those who possess the highest self-esteem are those truly humble persons who realize that they are not their bodies that they are instead the eternal spirit-soul servitors of the Supreme Personality of Godhead. Those who possess the lowest self-esteem are those proud rascals who foolishly consider the self to be a rotting bag of blood, flesh, stool, urine, and vomit. Therefore if you want to enjoy the highest, more perfect self-esteem you should fully surrender yourself unto Lord Sri Krishna through the transparent via medium of the bona fide spiritual master.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here.
