Driving Away Darkness With Light

Light is more powerful than darkness. Even a small amount of light can drive way a huge amount of darkness. Therefore, even though the present day human society is deeply entangled in darkness, even a small amount of the light of transcendental knowledge can have a powerful, lasting effect. In this connection we have been ordered by Srila Prabhupada to enlighten everyone all over the world with transcendental knowledge, and we are sincerely trying to do that on his order with his blessings.

Question: Proof that Rama & Krishna Are Not Equal

You have written on the basis of Srila Prabhupada's teachings that the Lord’s Visnu-tattva expansions (this includes Lord Rama) possess 94% of the qualities of Krishna. We will be thankful to you if you can provide detailed difference between them as we thought that Lord Krishna and Rama are same as they are both are avatars of Brahman (the Supreme).

Answer: Rama Does Not Play the Flute Like Krishna

It is not correct to understand that Krishna and Rama are both avatars of Brahman. The actual fact is that Krishna is the origin of everything, including both Brahman and Rama. Rama does not possess all of the qualities of Krishna. For example He does not play the flute like Krishna plays the flute.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here.
