By the association of devotees one gradually comes to understand that he or she is the eternal servant of Kṛṣṇa, and then one becomes very eager tospend as much time as possible in the company of the devotees. Birds of a feather flock together. The symptom of an enlightened servant of Kṛṣṇa is that he is eager for the company of other such great souls. Thus by one's sensitive and rational observation of this material world, one should come to appreciate the value of spiritual life in the association of the devotees.

What is the process to be krishna consciousness.. Daily chanting the Mahamantra and by offering prasadam to God can I get freedom from this Materlistic world... Is it not possible for me to leave the office work and join Krishna consciousness and serve the God daily..???. Please guide me..
I don't want to get entangled in this world because one after another prblm keep coming. . Please guide me as to what I have to do..

Chant at least 16 rounds of Hare Krishna japa mala every day. Strictly avoid illicit sex, meat eating, intoxication, and gambling.
Only eat Krishna prasadam. And take initiation from the bona fide spiritual master.

In this way you will be a self-realized soul, one is fully absorbed in Krishna consciousness and qualified to go back to Home, back to Godhead upon leaving your present material body.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me.
