Feel the Presence of Krishna

Sometimes people argue that seeing is believing. They say, "If I am going to believe in God I have to been able to see Him." But these same people believe in the existence of the wind even though they can't see it. Just as we can fully experience the presence of the wind without seeing it, in a similar way we can fully experience the presence of Krishna simply by chanting His name with love either in japa (individual private meditation) or in kirtan (group singing meditation). Therefore we encourage everyone to chant Hare Krishna with devotion and feel the presence of Krishna. It is the most satisfying and thrilling experience.

Answer: Why Send Our Children to School?

From: ISKCON Austin, Texas USA
My Dear Vishnu,

Please accept my blessings.
All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

If everything is directed by chance, why do people send their children to school? Why not let the children grow up by chance? Suppose I break a law. If I say, "Well, it just happened by chance," will I be excused?

I hope this meets you in the best of health and in an ecstatic mood.Your ever well-wisher,

Sankarshan Das Adhikari
