Lord Caitanya's Appearance Day

Out of unlimited kindness upon the souls who are suffering in the cycle of repeated birth and death here in this material world Lord Sri Krishna appears in the form of His own devotee, Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu, to bestow pure love of God freely, without any conditions upon the fallen souls of this age. Today is the most auspicious day of His appearance. All over the world His devotees are fasting and celebrating His unfathomable mercy upon us. After the moonrise, in the evening, a sumptuous feast will be honored by all. Please fast today and attend the program at your nearest ISKCON temple. You will receive the special blessings of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu. If you are not near a temple, you can celebrate this most holy day known as Gaura Purnima by fasting and offering a vegetarian feast (no onions or garlic) to Lord Caitanya at moonrise and then partaking of it after it has been offered to Him.

Question: Atheism a Belief?

Is atheism a belief?

Ben Smith

Answer: Dogmatism

Yes, atheism is a belief based on dogmatism, on blind faith. Even though we can scientifically observe that every machine requires an operator and logically deduce that since every machine requires an operator the cosmic machine must also have an operator, to blindly assert that it does not is the pastime of the fools known as atheists.
