Krishna is Absolutely Sublime

There is no one or nothing more wonderful, more sublime in all of existence than Krishna or God. Krishna must be sublime because He is the absolute source of all sublimity. Whatever is sublime or wonderful in all of existence is so only because Krishna is investing some portion of His unlimited sublimity in that person or thing. A nice example in this connection is the heavenly, soothing rays of the moon. Krishna states in the Bhagavad-gita that He is the light of the moon.

Question: Why God is So Cruel?

Please accept my humble obeisances. One of my friends has been going through a really tough time. She has lost many family members in last year. Recently, her boyfriend passed away in car accident. She is heart broken and very sad. She asked me, "Why did God take him so early. If I had been married to him, he would have lived a long time. Why God is so cruel to take him at the age of 28?"

Please explain how do I help her to come out from difficult and sad situation.

Your Servant,
Roshan

Answer: God Is Unlimitedly Kind

Please convey our condolences to this poor suffering soul. We are most sorry that she is going through such hell in her life. Our desire is that everyone should be happy and never tormented by any kind of anxiety. Kindly assure her that God is not cruel. Everything that is going on in all times, places, and circumstances is Krishna's unlimitedly sweet mercy to induce us to return to our actual homes in the unlimitedly brilliant all-blissful spiritual sky. Please inform her that none of these departed souls are dead. They have simply, according to their karma, traveled on to their next destination according to their desire of how they would like to enjoy life.
