We've Got to Revolutionize the World Right Now

Things have gone so far astray. There's practically no sanity left in the world today. For example, more than 30,000 innocent babies are murdered daily world wide. In the USA alone over 1,000 babies are legally murdered daily with the full approval and sanction of the US government. This is a poignant telling sign of the caliber of leadership which is torturing the world's population today. It's very clear that our present slate of leaders are practically all cheaters simply serving their own selfish interests for material sense gratification, both gross and subtle. So the time has come now for positive change. We've got to revolution, we've got to revolution, we've got to revolutionize this corrupted world right now. We need pure, saintly leaders who will guide their citizens how to go back to home, back to Godhead, not these rascals who make so many false promises to get into office and never make good on their promises.

Answer: To Facilitate Both the Degraded and the Elevated

The purpose of the Kali is twofold. On the one hand, it is to facilitate those are very much degraded in the qualities of lust, anger, greed, madness, illusion, and envy. And on the other hand, it is to facilitate those who would like to escape the cycle of birth and death in the easiest way possible by regularly chanting the holy names of God. Therefore the age is attractive both to those who are degraded as well as to those who want to easily escape the cycle of birth and death and go back home, back to Godhead.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here. But at least may it suffice for me to say for now that Gayatri taught me what it means to be a soft-hearted devotee of the Lord and she gave me my first cooking lesson, teaching me how to make cauliflower pakoras, and Amarendra taught me the art of how to preach strongly, intelligently, and coolly to defeat opposing arguments.
