Thanks for your super and wonderful explanations. Happiness and blissfulness only can be obtained by spiritual life through devotion. My humble question:

Why did Lord Sri Krishna create Maya, the illusory energy? This Maya makes a lot of people deeply entangled in material desires and gets them totally engrossed in material happiness, which is perishable.

Answer: To Facilitate those who Choose to Be in Illusion.

Why does a state build prisons? Because it wants that there should be criminals? No. It builds the prisons to facilitate those who choose that they would like to be criminals.

In a similar way, Krishna provides the material energy for those who desire to be in the illusion that they are the center of existence. Krishna does not put anyone into Maya. Maya is there, provided by Him, for those who want it.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me.
