How to Always Be Enthusiastic
If we always remember Krishna's promise--"My devotee will never be vanquished."--we will always be enthusiastic to become His devotee. In other words, there is no greater opportunity existing anywhere within the three worlds than to become a devotee of Krishna. Therefore for one who is advanced in spiritual knowledge there is nothing to aspire for except for pure devotional service. This purity of aspiration brings one to the level of unlimited enthusiasm, an enthusiasm for devotional service that can never be broken under any circumstances.

Answer: Train Yourself to Constantly Remember Krishna
Regarding death there is no question of IF. It is simply a matter of WHEN. The perfection of dying is to be fully absorbed in thoughts of Krishna at the time of death. This is why we must practice now chanting and remembering Krishna as much as possible every day so that out of habit we will automatically chant Hare Krishna while leaving our material bodies.
Progress in Krishna consciousness means to have an awakening of love of Krishna and total dedication to Krishna within one's heart.
One is not meant to stop questioning about the teachings of Krishna. In fact, Krishna instructs us to do just the opposite. He orders us to inquire from the spiritual master not in a challenging way, but in a submissive way. One should continue inquiring until his intelligence is fully satisfied.
