Simple Formula for World Peace

In a public hall program in Kaliningrad, Russia on 4 May 2013 I explained to the audience how simply through Krishna consciousness all the problems of the world will be solved. It's a fact that the Krishna consciousness movement can immediately bring total, complete peace and happiness to the entire human society. Simply the people must agree to chant the Hare Krishna mantra and taste Krishna prasadam, vegetarian foods offered to Lord Sri Krishna with love and devotion. If they agree, the world will experience the full blossoming of the most revolutionary epoch in world history, the Caitanya Era.

Answer: Act Stringently to Recover the Stolen Money

This material world is a society of the cheaters and cheated. So it is natural that people will always try to cheat us. Because a devotee is engaging all of his wealth in Krishna's service he is very careful not to be cheated by greedy materialists. Just as it was intolerable for Lord Rama when Sitadevi was kidnapped by Ravana, it is also intolerable for a devotee when Krishna's money is stolen to be engaged in material sense gratification. Therefore when a devotee is cheated he takes stringent action to recover the stolen money just as Lord Rama took stringent action to rescue Sitadevi from the evil hands of Ravana. So, a devotee does not tolerate theft. He becomes greatly disturbed when Krishna's money is stolen and does the needful to recover the stolen money.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here. But at least may it suffice for me to say for now that Gayatri taught me what it means to be a soft-hearted devotee of the Lord and she gave me my first cooking lesson, teaching me how to make cauliflower pakoras, and Amarendra taught me the art of how to preach strongly, intelligently, and coolly to defeat opposing arguments.
