Pure Love Obliterates Loneliness

A devotee is never lonely because he always associates with Krishna, Guru, and Vaisnavas. Even if he is not in physical contact them, he does not feel lonely because he can directly experience them within his heart 24 hours daily. How is he able to connect with them so solidly that he does not alone? This is accomplished through loving service. In other words, pure loving service totally obliterates loneliness.

Answer: The Planet Earth Is In Peril, But It Will Survive.

Do not worry. This material universe in which we are currently residing will not be destroyed for another 155 trillion years, so there is no need to take the 2012 theories of total destruction seriously. However we should take seriously the ever-increasingly calamitous atmosphere enveloping this planet. A tremendous upsurge of sinful karma is truly putting the planet earth into great danger. Therefore we are being tortured by so many anomalies such as economic disaster, terrorism, ecological disruption, a proliferation of crime, wide scale hunger, epidemic diseases, etc. What can be taken seriously and must be taken seriously is the great opportunity that this human life offers you to become Krishna conscious and attain permanent release from the cycle of repeated birth and death while at same time having the most positive, uplifting impact on the global consciousness.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here. But at least may it suffice for me to say for now that Gayatri taught me what it means to be a soft-hearted devotee of the Lord and she gave me my first cooking lesson, teaching me how to make cauliflower pakoras, and Amarendra taught me the art of how to preach strongly, intelligently, and coolly to defeat opposing arguments.
